My approach is rooted in aligning with the lunar phases, enhancing your practice with asanas that restore energy, balance chakras, and detoxify the body. Incorporating ancient Chinese medicine, we’ll focus on specific meridians to release blockages and promote healing on both mental and physical levels.

Every session concludes with a soothing sound bowl meditation and guided relaxation, inviting you to explore new possibilities and experience deep healing.
